New to Virtual DJ here. I'm planning to use VDJ with an external soundcard (8 in - 8 out) and Hercules Starlight 2 channel controller. The idea is to have 8 decks and load up 2 songs with each 4 stems running which I can than send to an analog mixer with lots of outboard for dubbing.
Question: can I midi map my Hercules Starlight so that all basic functions (play-pause, trigger hot cues, tempo, activate loops) would be triggered by the same button on my controller for both the left (deck 1-4) and the right side (deck 5-8).
So left play-pause button control deck 1-4 and right play-pause controls deck 4-8. Same goes for the hot cues, loop, tempo
