Topic: Sampler bank (active sample in a bank feature)

I have a feature request...

i know...this post should be in the "Wishes & features"-sampler topic, but it is to big and maybe it doesnt get seen.. If needed PLEASE place it there.

I use a lot of sample banks in my sets (more than 25 video & audio sample banks)
every sample bank has from 6-10 samples (video or audio)

When i trigger a sample in lets say "Bank 3", and then move to another sample bank from the drop down list , sometimes it is hard to remember which sample bank i was before so i can stop it.

So what i am asking is :
When opening the sample bank list to choose, maybe if a sample is active in any bank , there could be maybe a symbol or some kind of notification that a sample is active in the bank.

This way i could move to that sample bank and stop it before activating another in a different sample bank.

You don't have to switch banks for that. The sampler in the sideview will show all the active samples from other banks as well.
 
yes, but before choosing a new sample from another bank i have clicked on in the sidelist , how will i tell a sampler is playing in another bank so i can go to that bank and stop it ?

I know its playing but ..which sample in which bank ?
usually i remember the bank, but other times i don't..
 
You don't need to remember, it is shown there, so you can click right there to stop it.
 
when i am in that bank , yes its clear that the sample is playing.
but when i have switched banks to another one of the 25 ?

that's where i could use some help of a visual indication before the bank name that a sample is playing in that bank, so i can stop it before playing the next from another bank

i would not want to go in to every sample bank to see where the sample is active...

That's convenient. I didn't know it did that, but then I mainly use the list view so I can access volumes , edit buttons etc.

IWBNI if it was visible in both views. Having to swap views because something only works in one view seems awkward to me. Same with the editing - things only being possible when you edit in the browser rather than the list view.

but would it be possible (in some way & in some future update) that this function is also shown in list view and not only grid view /
