Topic: Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX no master output sound
Just recently bought Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX and ive plugged my studio monitors into the controller itself with XLR to RCA and headphones also directly into the controller. My output is set to Speaker + Headphone and hardware set to my controller. Master output set to Mixtrack Platinum FX (WASAPI) chan 1 & 2 and Headphones output set to the same but chan 3 & 4. I'm only hearing headphone cueing and no master output through my speaker. Ive swapped through channels multiple times, ive plugged my speaker directly into my external soundcard (Focusrite 2i4). Ive unplugged my external soundcard and just used the controller. Ive on the most recent version of VDJ. My windows sound output is set to the controller everything is turned up on windows volume mixer. Help pls.

Unplug controller and plug speakers back into soundcard everything works as normal. As soon as the controller is plugged back in nothing out the master output
 
Don't route your Windows audio through the Mixtrack. Set Windows to your motherboard audio.

In VDJ settings, set exclusiveAudioAccess to 'Yes'.
 
Yes i forgot to mention ive had tried routing windows audio through multiple sources including mixtrack, soundcard and motherboard audio. But THANK YOU what fixed it was exclusiveAudioAccess to 'Yes'.
