I presently use Virtual DJ 7 Pro (paid version), and it has worked fine for me since I bought it. Recently I have noticed occasional messages on my Windows 10 Laptops that say, “Virtual DJ will soon stop working…” Because of this, I have a couple questions. I hope I am clear on the questions below because I did not see a phone number to call for help (disappointed about this!).
Questions are…
• What will stop working in VDJ 7 Pro, only updates?
• Using VDJ 7 Pro, will one or more of my laptops simply crash during an event?
• If I must upgrade, can I load the Pro ($299) version on all laptops, but only use one Laptop at a time?
• One of my Laptops just upgraded to Windows 11. When I open VDJ 7 Pro, I get a message that says the software is unable to find the skin file or library folders. Should I just reinstall the application to correct this?
• If I must upgrade, will my old VDJ 7 Pro “play lists” work on the latest version?
• Will the latest version of VDJ Pro still work with my older Hercules Controller RMX2? (don’t laugh, it works for me).
• Since I have used VDJ 7 Pro for so long, can I jump right in and start using it? Will it feel familiar?
Thank you for any help!

with v8 everybody [no licence to pro] downloads the same version, logging in unlocks the pro features
You can install on as many machines as you like but you can only be logged in with 2 machines at the same time [3rd machine login will disconnect 1st machine]
RMX2 is supported hardware
Current version still reads .m3u playlists
The software hasn't changed that dramatically, play is still play, wave forms are still there, but we are talking 10 years of incremental updates so expect changes.
