Topic: Roland DJ-707M filters
Is anyone using this controller? I have it set for stems EQ, using the outer bank (3/4) for stems. I need help because I can't get the inner (1/2) filter pots to apply filters to the output. Right now, the filter pot on channel 1 applies filter to both decks, and the one on channel 2 does nothing. The conventional EQ works fine on both 1 & 2. Frustrating...

Have a look at your mapping to see if filter is set correctly.

Which means that you cannot really use the 5 knobs full "Stems" EQ mode, you need to use the EZRemix or the ModernEQ.


Thanks. I just tried all EQ modes (including disabled), and the behaviour is the same: Ch 1 filter pot affects decks 1 & 2. Ch 2 filter pot does nothing. Could there be another setting that's causing this?

The problem described in OP still occurs, regardless of EQ settings. And it does not occur with Serato.
