Topic: Virtual DJ 2024 - Crashing on MacBook M3
Just a quick post. Updated to VDJ 2024 - on windows & my MacBook M3 works fine on Windows but had 2 crashes tonight @ a gig. Had no problem in the past with anything previous builds (2023)

First of all slideshow videos stopped working 2x early on. Then the whole system froze & music stopped. Had the spinning beach ball couldn’t even force close VDJ. Then the second time VDJ hanged then shut down then restarted about 30 seconds later. Went back to previous build (2023) & all working spot on no problem

I have the same problem with an Mac from 2018 and I9 CPU
 
I’m having the same problem. Since the last 2 updates, my VDJ crashes consistently. I’m also using a MacBook Pro. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
 
did you try with the latest version (b8091)?
make sure to set EarlyAccess to yes to get the latest version.
 
I have same problem after update 2 weeks ago... I work at a club Fridays and Saturdays.. so for the past 6 days of weekends the screen turns green than music stoops for seconds and then turns on.... I talked to virtual dj and they say my 2018 Mac don't suport video.. it was fine for the past 4 years... they said buy a new.. so I got.a new one... $2800 and guess what ?
it happened to the new one...
now I see all this post ... im returning the Mac and I got serato... I can have this happened at a club again
 
It's been fixed in early access build 8089
 
Same Problem with Mac Book Pro.

Video triggers spinning colorful wheel. Video stops. I hope there is a quick solution.

On an Event Today it chrashed at three times.

2023 Version no Problems……
