I use an external mixer with Butt for my radio streaming. This allows me to take the output of VD8 and mix it externally with my microphone and special effects. Butt will use a .txt file to send the title and artist through Butt to radio.com so it appears to listeners. I do not work from a playlist.

There is already a txt file called tracklist.txt that gets updated with
time
artist
track name
So like:
20:47 : Drake - Hotline Bling
It's in the VDJ history folder
