i purchase the pro infinity and it went to the wrong email address that info longer use and i have my order number how can i retrieve the information in my new address

you can change your email there.
I'm not sure order numbers are really a thing any more, maybe for your records they're a thing but the don't apply for logging into the software.
However you logged in to this forum, it will work to login to the software.
