My left deck is saying mute, it's playing but no sound, luck I have a prime 4, I can use deck 3 but I need to fix it

That's usually because the input is set to not be pc/software
Maybe here
In that case VDJ auto mutes so that the software decks doesn't disturb the incoming audio
