Long story short - Stuff got stolen, don't have my music files fully backed up, and have been relying on iDJ Pool temporarily while I get songs back. Prepping for my gig tonight, and iDJ Pool is not loading, at all. Continues to say "Downloading" when searching for music, and nothing comes up.
Running the latest version of Virtual DJ on OSX Catalina. Tried restarting, un-installing then re-installing, logging in and then out, and nothing. HELP!!! Is there a contact number I can reach out to?

Same here [uk], I just sent a msg to the idjpool guy, I don't know if he'll read it or if they're aware.
just checked an older vdj build, it's not a vdj build issue, it has to be idjpool server side

In the mean time, sign up for another service. Even a free trial will get you through one night.
Things like this are always a possibility when the music is not yours and is somewhere online.

sadly don't think i would ever depend on a streaming service for my lively hood too many things can go wrong :-)

Having same problem here! No music coming up in pool. Tried reinstalling, but of course still nothing. Luckily I don't "need" it for my gig tonight but a major inconvenience!

I am having the same problem here. I also posted about this being a problem last Saturday night. While I do have a substantial library, I have been counting on the new releases to help me figure out what new to purchase. IDJ Pool has been reliable (for me) for quite a while now, but when I have needed it for the last two weeks there have been issues. Hopefully they can get it sorted out soon.

It looks like iDJPool (the pro audio option) and VJ'Pro (the pro video option) are available again
