Hi, i posted this once before but it looks like some admin closed my post for whatever reason. I'm new to the program and am having major issues. I work in the wedding business and this issue is becoming quite embarassing. I'm working with an Asus Laptop, Windows 10 and a denon mc 7000.
for the last couple of months or so, randomly, a song will just stop, than quickly resume...or stop and start making this skipping sound, almost like a CD would do. Many times i have to switch to my 2nd laptop and close virtual on my primary and re-open. Luckily for me its only happened during dance sets and not during a first dance or parent dance but that's bound to happen i'm sure.
I've run a latency monitor and it says theres an issue but i have NO idea how to fix it or what that even means. I don't even know if that's where the issue lies.
I'm not the best with computers, but i am in major need of help!!!!!!
