Hello, guys. I would really be grateful with some help over here. I use a macbook and a APC40 mk2 in live 10 for years without any problem, but the collum of scene launch (all botons) just stopped working and giving me any signal on ableton. If I do the command direct in Ableton, the bottom gets green, but it is not sending signal when I push it manually on my apc.
Does anyone know what can it be?
THANKS!

Hi, same has happened to me, including the master button on the apc40 mk2. Its like the that whole strip of buttons no longer works or even light up, they're completely dead. I see you posted a while ago, did you get the matter resolved?
Many thanks

You won't like the answer, but.. here it goes:
Hit it gently (or even a little harder) on the top right corner.
Long story short, there's cablestrip inside the APC at this area, and this cablestrip can partially loose contact under certain circumstaces.
Hitting it gently (or not so gently) helps the cablestrip to regain contact.
If you don't like this approach, you can open it and "reposition" the cablestrip yourself.
But the issue will reappear from time to time and it's a common fault of APC40MKII

The old Fonzarelli fix, also known as percussive maintenance.
