I purchased the monthly audio for Virtual DJ. If I'm not mistaken it's for IDJPOOL. I'm unable to Play the full song on my platform. When I purchased the new 2020 version of Virtual DJ. Filling out the info for VDJ I used my normal email. Drewdogg253@gmail.com but on my Microsoft account it's Charfauros 253@hotmail.com but anyways I'm unable to load my free audio and if I can't play full songs I would like my refund plz. If you can get it to work for me I would appreciate it thankyou

If you used a different email address to purchase you can also click 'Account' at the top here and link the other email address.
Then check within VirtualDJ on the license tab of options if your license shows up correctly.
