Topic: New Macbook Pro with M1 pro chip and Monterey software - Is it compatible with Virtual DJ?
Hi Fellow DJ's,
I'm about to embark on buying the new 14 inch Macbook Pro with M1 pro chip and Monterey operating system - Can anyone out there confirm if it Is compatible with Virtual DJ please?
If it is compatible what's your experience of it so far please?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best wishes,
Martine

Yes if you use the pre-release version of VDJ.

Will also need to check compatbility with your hardware if you use any.

Thanks so much.
I use a Denon MC6000 mk2 - looks like Denon are still testing but I hope it will be available soon!

Prerty sure that's class compliant so should work anyway.

If you wait for Denon to catch up you'll still be here next year .....

I have the Denon MC6000 Mk2 and the MC7000, both are class compliant and don't need drivers. I have tested both of them on Monterey 12.0.1 as well as VirtualDJ and they are all working fine. So, I am sure they will work on the new M1 Macs.
