Right click a plugin now opens a context menu allowing to move plugin in a folder or disable it or remove effect
however moving a plugin to folder make it ... free to install in extensions page
not really easy to make a difference between what is already installed or what is not
(exiting with a transition or videofx in a folder still make the folder name appear as effect instead of the effect itself after restart)
