Hi guys, must have missed something somewhere. thought it would be a 'Plug n Play' scenario but controller and laptop are not linking. Can anyone explain the right steps to take to link the two please. I have downloaded the correct drivers from the website but still somethin is amiss. Thanks

What you mean by "not linking"?
Controlling the software from hardware not working, the audio not working?
If the controller moves things in software, but cant play the audio, and getting audio error, make sure Windows has not taken the card as its own default card.
