Right now i don't think there's any way to automatically disable Stems FX when you load a new track, aside from scripting it yourself.
Semantically it probably belongs to resetFXOnLoad, but personally i'd prefer that Stems FX would be reset on load when any of the two, or both, are enabled.
I've had the situation where my filter wouldn't do anything on one deck when i loaded a new track (because the Stems FX for vocals were enabled), but if resetting Stems FX was only triggered by resetFXOnLoad, i would still not enable that setting, because it also resets the Channel FX knobs, which can be confusing, and lead to mistakes.
