Why is my vdj pro 7 showing “record error “ can’t open mp3 encoder, I can’t record with wav too . How do I clear the error

Your version is very old, and used Lame encoder, and would need that placed in the directory etc etc
If you google lame encoder you get a dll file you can put in VDJ directory (make sure to scan it for viruses, and use a site that looks respectable. https://ntrack.com/redist/lame.php this one looks quite legit)
But much better to just update and use modern VirtualDJ that has everything built in ;-)
