I have a payed license, is there a setting to make the log in screen appear before accessing the program stop? Every time I open up VDJ the screen pops up to log in. And also my skin is not saved. Any ideas?

Looking at logs to see if you had any crash, looks like you are using a very very old version..
Maybe try update first of all https://www.virtualdj.com/download
And not sure what you meant, but at the login popup screen simply check the check box "remember me".
Granted, that might not work if settings are not saved, as you seem to say..
For settings not being saved, check that VirtualDJ has write permissions to /documents/virtualdj/
And if your macos is at latest version, give VirtualDJ full disc access..
