Ive seen a hercules dj console mk2 for sale and was wondering if i could use it for time coded vinyl.

yes, directly, it have 2 stereo phono inputs and you have pro account

also have just seen a native instruments 4 dj for sale and wondering if its supported in vdj 2020 im using windows 10. Sorry for all the questions i am new to all this technology but desperatly would love to use my technics again but am on a budget

You mean an Audio 4, the external audio interface? VDJ has no audio interface restrictions. If the interface is supported by the operating system, it will work in VDJ.
