So my treble, mid, bass knobs which vdj has assigned to vocals, Instrumental and Beat which was perfect for me, has now been changed to Hi hat, melody and kick. How do I change them back?

depending on skin layout the little triangle top center of eq or top left of hihat/high to open selection panel
or setting -> options -> Controls : eqMode
select EZRemix
afterwhat a click on label will only switch between frequency (disabled) and last used mode
