Hello
We have updated a PC from VDJ 8 - 2021, we have had a few issues but the main 1 we cannot sort is a message saying 'C - Problem reading database'
Every time we open the software it pops up with our controller as if it was the first time it has been connected
It always reverts back to the factory VDJ skin (we use a Dennon skin for our controller) and our virtual folders are empty
We tried to roll back to VDJ 8 but it asks us to log back into VDJ every time (even when we click don't ask again) along with all the issues above
The PC is never connected to the net (unless updating)
There's years worth of playlists, folders, history etc in there we really don't want to lose
I remember in the old VDJ 7 you could click 'fix' on the database tab, is there a feature for that here?

Most of the time all this is due to a spurious thread still running in background (often just after update or crash) VDJ starting again when previous VDJ session not totally shut down
restart the PC is enough in most case
