Topic: stems wont load

when i first open virtual dj 2021 and set the stems, it shows up in the mixer display but soon as i move a track to the platter, the display switches back to the eq knobs hi, mid, low, when i attempt to reload the stems it wont load, i am using numark scratch mixer with technics, macbook pro
