Topic: Problem with VirtualDJ Pro

I bought the monthly subscription but there is a problem because it doesn't let me use the controller I have which is DDJ-1000SRT. It only lets me use it for a few minutes and it stops working.

Are you logged into VDJ using your forum name (which you can change by the way) and password?
