BIG AUDIO ENFINE PROBLEM - +3dB between internal audio engine and driver audio output

In VIRTUALDJ 2021 latest release, even V8.5 5965, if you select zero dB output by default, the AUDIO ENGINE générate +3 dB and not 0dB to the output driver AUDIO

Measured with -1 dBFs 1000Hz test file inside Virtual DJ 2021 and compared with driver output with several way.

Please check, it could make audio distorsion for the zero dB defaut settings.
User that use - 6dB will be ok........

Please check that important bug.

(Internal Audio engine mix is ok but the driver output of VDJ add +3dBFS)

V8.5 5965

O

Is it not a setting for you controller?? If the internal mix is good??

Could check settings->options->controller then see if there is something like "masterOutputAttenuation"

see my wrong settings :

2X -> 1et2 for my MOTU 8A
VDJ should not allow that to avoid bad settings...... and +3/+6dB saturated caused by this duplicate wrong settings that many users can do.... :)
