this is the second time the online music just stopped uploading the music. once I drag and drop song into deck it will not load or play.

Probably have a message on deck then, saying why it wont load. Such as for example "File Missing..."
What does it say your end?
(and if it does load, just wont play, its likely just wrong sound settings, check there)
