Topic: Reset authentication for Beatport

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

New to the software. Tried to login to Beatport however the browser was logged into an account that doesn't have a plan. Is there a way in the software to reset the authentication? All I get is that the login failed as user doesn't have a subscription. Thanks for the help everyone.

Right-click the Beatport folder, and choose "Sign Out"


 

Ya all I got is sign in (which gives me the same error) and hide.

Should have sign out, if you are already signed in

What you can try also, is signing out in the default web browser, close VirtualDJ then try again, to sign in

 

Ya that is exactly the issue I have here. There has to be some saved config somewhere that I can reset.

looked in program folder and /appdata can't seem to find where the heck it is saving the setting.
 

Did you try log out at the web browser? to "kill" the login cookie?
 

You can try to remove Documents/virtualdj/cache/beatport folder
