Should be able to, it has line-ins that can be set to timecode inputs
(change line in entries in image below to timecode)

I have a problem ... when I make a custom audio setting and then save, when I restart the program I don't start with the saved configuration but I start with the default configuration

Make sure VirtualDJ has sufficient privileges to write files on Documents\VirtualDJ folder
