Easy way to find out:
1 Run 64 bit VDJ.
2 Go to Extensions tab in Config
3 Search audio effects for 'echo'
If it's not there, answer = no.

No, I can find old threads asking for a 64 bit version.....but no actual 64 bit version.
You need to contact the plugin author, but whether he's around these days I have no idea. The forum doesn't show (to other users) when someone last logged in.
