HI. My BPM's are lost after update to 2020 build 5308.1532. I have infinity license. Where is the problem?

Who knows. Maybe if you provided some more information....
What BPMs are we talking about? Ones stored in the file tags? Ones displayed in the browser? Ones shown on the decks when tracks are loaded?
Have you re-analysed any "missing BPM" files?
Have you tried restoring your database from one of the backups you regularly make?

i have had information missing (tracks that were ALL suddenly listed as new and with no information) that was resolved with a quick restart and the information was back
as for a cause.. no idea.
