I've deleted a large number of duplicates from my hard drive. I'm now finding these ghost files in my search. How do I get rid of them please?

Browser options -> Database -> Remove missing files from search DB
tiny circle in the bottom left missing part of your pic
may take a time depending on the size of the database
as it seems you are using My Library extension:
you may also open another folder with tracks before you go back to current one again in a way to clear My Library filter folders cache
after what " My Library/Database/Tools/File Missing " filter folder must be empty
