Is the DJM-750MK2 mixer supported by VDJ? I cant get the sliders to move within VDJ as Im using the mixer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

No, the MK2 is not natively supported. You could either use/map it as Simple Midi or create a custom definition
 
If you have a real hardware mixer, you don't need to use the 'virtual' mixer on screen....
