The cue is not working with my mc6000mk2. not hardware issue as line in cues work, only the vdj software signals. have latest vdj version

....and you've either used the pre-configured Plug & Play audio settings, or have followed the settings shown in the user guide?

Please post a screen shot of your VDJ 8 audio config.
