My database of scan is several version old (pre new bpm scan) and to maybe save effort, just make a filter real quick like to show all those not recently scanned.
No cue points saved so I'm ok there.

You can drag all your files on Automix list. Files that have bot been scanned with the new version will start scanning automatically.
