hi got sx2 controller when setup will not let me show karaoke on the screen if i unplug controller re start vdj with out controller then it will play karaoke can anyone please help ?

Is this Mac or PC? Is it possible that the controller is mapped to control video effects?

Perhaps your Volume faders are down ? Disable VideoVolumeLink option from VirtualDJ Settings->OPTIONS
Which Video Transition is selected ? If you are not using the Crossfader to mix your tracks, you may need to choose one that doesnt cut/fade in the middle (or the "None" ?
