Yes, both Content Unlimited (based on iDJPool) and Pulselocker support download and offline play
They are also both licensed to be used for public DJing

Why did the Spotify plugin just worked without a question and why does the Deezer plugin asks me to give acces to my personal info, playlists, song history etc etc?
Is this for the Deezer company or just for the VDJ program to work correctly? If VDJ, why didn't the Spotify plugin asked for this?

and can I revoke this access?

It's the authentication that their API offers. Nothing to do with VirtualDJ.

I can't find any background info about this. Does it read my whole library? Does it "use" my playlists and history files?
Or is this just restricted to their content use?

I just want to know which info is send to where and if I can revoke this after I accepted?

Can I read some more somewhere?

Probably at Deezers homepage. It's their service after all. You sign up for their service, they take your money, and it's their service level agreement you are signing up for

VDJ is just an alternative player

On the deezer website, in Account Settings -> My Apps you can indeed revoke access for VirtualDJ.

I'm not sure what you mean by reading your whole library.
VirtualDJ will display your playlists and allows you to edit them.

As long as you have a licensed copy of VDJ you shouldn't ahve issues. SPotify is not ideal for DJ's you are limited to 1 track loaded at a time and download speed is very slow. THe Virtual DJ service is instant load and has a godo library of dance hits. Pulselocker has more common tracks and cloassic tracks and is fast loading.
