Topic: Creating an almost duplicate skin to VDJ 8 default 6 deck

I quickly tried the skin designer and realized it would take a ton of time to make a complete skin. Is there a way I can modify the default skin just a little like adding custom buttons across the top.I have so many custom functions that I don't want to map to an external device at the moment and would be great if they were available on the skin. I really like a couple things about the Reloaded skin but that removes the pad dropdown feature from the default skin which hampers my ability to change pad functions and it doesn't have as many custom buttons as I'd like.



  • If I could shrink the vertical size of the default 6 player to fit like 20 more custom buttons on top of the screen (maybe large enough to put on a touch screen laptop to trigger by touching the screen) This will also hold me back for a bit from purchasing an external midi keyboard which would make my equipment breakdown easier with less items. What about this even cooler, 25 buttons like a midi keyboard on the top which look like piano keys and we can set that up as a key player.
  • I'd like to bring over the 'repeat song' button from Reloaded to the default skin and put that on each deck. A conversation started about having VDJ having better sampler features. If we can add the repeat button to each of the 6 decks would be better.

Thanks, I appreciate the suuggestion and will look for the update but the version that's posted is nothing like what I was looking for.

No 20 or more custom buttons which I wanted to use for custom scripts and it's missing a repeat song button and missing 6 decks.

I wish there was a way to just open up the existing one and make a couple tweaks to it.
 
have a look in the bottom right corner of the screen when the skin is selected you will find what you are after
 
Great that might just do it. Going to look into modifying the skin. Gotta love finding all sorts of things in every crack and crevice of virtual dj.

por que quando eu Uso os skins Full_Controller_by_DennYo_4_Decks e OrangeJuice, depois de um tempo de uso o meu virtual dj 8.2 ele congela.
a musica fica tocando ate terminar mais o programa fica congelado, eu tenho que entrar no gerenciador de tarefas para que eu consiga fechar o programa pra depois abrir ele novamente????
