All weekend long I was having issues with the 7000. Today The controller keeps locking up. Music still plays and I can use VDJ with my mouse/keyboard but have zero control with the unit. Had the 8000 no issue - still use the 6000 no issue. thoughts? I have to reboot both VDJ and the unit, but it hasnt helped?

Sounds like a bad driver?
Does it lockup without the controller connected?
Maybe it helps to change the USB cable or try another USB port.

Are you using a Mac or PC? I have a 7000 as well and haven't yet seen any problems that you are explaining.
