Topic: Pioneer DDJ-SB2 shows twice in the list of controllers

I have a pioneer ddj-sb2 and I see two instances in the list of controllers. One is mapped to custom mapping and the other to the factory default. When I change the mapping of the buttons the behavior is not consistent. Sometimes the custom mapping works, other times it does not. I checked the virtualdj\devices folder and it is blank. I am running v8.2 b3523. Any help would be appreciated.

device folder holds def files, generally using supported gear the def is held within v8 so the folder is generally empty.

as for mappings not working explain more please

Are you on Mac or Windows ?

Are there any files in VirtualDJ/Devices folder ?
If so, please try to remove them and see if the DDJ is still showing up twice.
