I have just purchased the Denon MC4000. I am currently using the standard 2 channel skin with it.So far it's working well but the skin is not ideal.
Will a dedicated skin for the MC4000 be coming soon and who would be responsible to do that, Denon or Virtual Dj?
Thanks

To my knowledge I don't think Denon have asked Atomix to provide custom skins for any of their units.
The MC6000 skins were made by members of the community.
I'm sure one of the Atomix staff will be able to provide more info, however with VDJ8 there haven't been a lot of custom controller skins provided by the company.

I would suspect that a member of the community would create a skin for VDJ8. I'd personally love to and I can imagine what it would look like, however time is a problem for me. (However, I'd love to assist someone if they were to take this on!)

My suggestion is to post your request in the Skins forum. http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/13/VirtualDJ_Skins.html

What exactly is "not ideal" about using the standard skin with the MC4000?
Have you perused the skin download area? There are a huge number of skins available, some of which may be ideal :-)

Thanks guys. I was using the VMS2 which had its own dedicated skin and I just assumed the MC4000 would have its own, Obviously not.! I will have a look at other skins to use in the meantime.
Cheers
