I just downloaded this program, so I'm really new at this...I want to make a mash up of two songs for my wedding dance, but I'm terrible at finding the right way to transition. And I still need to figure out how to record it. The two songs are Santa Maria by Gotan Project, and Sing Sing Sing by Benny Goodman (the electro swing remix). I'm working on a tango/swing dance. I want it to start with the Santa Maria song, then cut out after about ten 8 counts, then transition into Sing Sing Sing (the beginning is so cool!) for about eight 8 counts, then cut back in to the end of the Santa Maria song for maybe four 8 counts. Any tips, or can someone who is really good at this stuff come up with a mash up for me and post it on here??? Please!?!? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Why not ask your DJ to do it for you? Also, you did not say which mix of Santa Maria, there are several. The Del Buen Ayre remix of Santa Maria has a traditional Tango feel, at 118bpm, and the Electro Swing remix of Sing, Sing, Sing is 114bpm. The keys are good, so he should not have a problem doing this for you.
