Topic: Getting Hercules DJ Control Instinct to work with Virtual DJ 8

Hi there,

I just downloaded the trail version of Virtual DJ 8 and I can't seem to figure out how to get my Hercules DJ Control Instinct (controller) to work with the software. I've looked in settings and Controllers but there is no option to select my controller. Do I need to download files for it to work? Please help...

Did you start by making sure your controller was correctly installed (as explained in the following document)?

If everything is correct there, then when launching VDJ 8, you should get the following pop up, asking if you wish use the soundcard, and indicating that the controller can only be used for 10 min:



If you want to use the controller permanently, then you will need to purchase a controller license or the Pro Full version:
