Ok so i have changed my sound card settings they are now as follows Input set to Microphone Outputs are Headphones Tab with settings Master 1/2 and Headphones 3/4 Soundcard is 4 out card set to bcd3000. I have tried recording my mix with just the mic on and playing it back. I get a wave that you can see on the display bu nothing appears o the vu meter or can be heard.
