Topic: Virtual DJ Pro 7.04 on Macbook Pro controlling Pioneer XDJ-R1

Greetings.
I am having problems trying to control my recently bought Pioneer XDJ-R1 system with my Macbook.
I used to save my mixes and sets when I had my numarks, but now I dont see a way to even control this device.

The mixer mode on the XDJ-R1 is set to PC but still I cant do anything with it.

Is there going to be an update or something for this?

Let me understand you correctly.

So, I cant use other versions of VirtualDJ but only the LE version?
 
Home Free, Broadcaster and Basic versions of VirtualDJ do not support midi controllers.
That leaves the LE versions and Pro Full.

Your controller came with a free Le version of VirtualDJ. If you wish to have more features, you can upgrade to Pro Full at a discount

Now, can you ensure me that the upgraded version for Mac will work with the XDJ-R1?

The XDJ-R1 is supported by our latest Pro Full which is available from your download center!
The 7.0.4 does not support the XDJ-R1 out the box.

So please use always the latest version from your downlooad center!
