Looks great. I don't think I will go touch screen, but love the big monitor. What skin is that?

I have a 55" multitouch that I was working with. I use it at home, but I won't gig with it yet. I like being able to feel my controller, there is less need to look at what I'm doing. As my muscle memory improves with the layout, I lean more towards trying a gig with it. It does make for a great WOW factor. That is probably as much due to the size as it is the multitouch.

That is way to big, to be that close all night. There is a reason they tell you not to sit so close to the TV.

What's too big .... the 55" or the 27" in the original post? :)

The 55. I love a big screen, but that is too big to be that close. I have a 23 I use to gig, and a 30 on my desk, so I like big.

I have built several desktop systems, is it practical to build a windows 7/8 desktop Touch system.
what would be involved, I use a windows 8 touch enabled laptop as backup to my windows 7 system currently.

Hi,

Skins are avaliable to licenced Users of the VirtualDJ Software for free.
But i am not sure if these will work on your software cause they are especially made for VirtualDJ.

Thanks, sorry I wasn't clear, I don't wish to use this together with my jukebox software, just interested in trying it out to see how it will respond on a touchscreen but glad to know it's available.

Hello, I just downloaded VDJ8, looking under Skins in Options, I am seeing only 4 options "colored waveforms, monochrome, beatcounter range and 16", how do I get to try out the touchscreen skin please?
