Today vdj is not recognizing my playlist I'm getting errors on every audio file any help here

maybe your file/folder structure has changed.
Search for the song that is in one of your playlist and load into a deck to see result.

Did the computer change the drive letter of your external hard drive? If it did and you remember the old drive letter, you can change it back. If that's not the issue, try this http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/13794/Playlist_Fixer.html

My files are on my external drive they play in iTunes but will not load on vdj. I manually drag and drop my files to vdj and it's giving error

I'm having the same problem and no one at virtual dj is responding to my email, calls, or chat requests

Right click on the file that's not loading, select file info and check the path .... it shows is where the song should be.
