Topic: My account Hacked

Hi guys I don't know if my account has been hacked but i can't access it anymore.

If there is a moderato or someone from Atomix here I just want you to know that I can't login into my pro account anymore .

I can't see my serial number or do anything with VDJ.

Please let me know what is going on.

You might want to submit a ticket.
 
I did that, but also wrote it here because I guess sometimes Moderators can reach things faster
 
I wouldn't be surprised if its locked....
 
Why my account will be locked?

I did not post anything here, the lat time i posted something was the tread on the new Pioneer DJ wego that's the tread I posted, i did not even commented on it.

if my account had to be locked it was done long ago.

So I'm not sure why it will be locked?

Also if they locked my account i should be notified.

And because I paid for the software, you can stop me from posting on forum something like that, but not stop me accessing my software or serial number.

i don't think it's locked, something is just not right man
 
just submit a ticket and a team member will assist you via messaging
