Are you talking about back spin?

the sound i mean is like when somebody like in a tv series says something bad and you hear that scratching noise and then silence

try effect: brake

you need to upgrade to pro for any of these suggestions but you could:

get a scratch sample load it into sampler 12 and map yourself a bleep button
deck default volume 0% while_pressed & sampler 12 loop off & sampler 12 play

you could map "dump" so you reverse the audio from where you are but keep progressing past the swear word.
eg. I'm a mother rehtom hustler

or you could download forward reverse if you want to play the swear word in reverse missy elliot style.
eg. I'm a mother gnikcuf hustler

you could use rollit, looproll, roll or beatmasher single to stutter the previous word, while progressing through the track. loop roll is probably the safest though as you can instantly stutter the sound you just heard, the others must first record the sample before repeating.
eg. I'm a mother mother hustler
eg 2. I'm a mother mu mu hustler

If your djing in places it could pose a problem like a "13 year old church group choir" or something random like that your better off editing the files in a daw or wave editor so you don't need to keep hitting the button on stuff dr dre/death row produces etc... "listening to doggystyle lol"

Er, at what point did he say he wanted to edit out cuss words?!

There are plenty of tunes that have that classic "record stopping" sound.

If you mean the "record being jogged" sound, that's used in Trading Places.
