a real turntable or VDJ turntable?
if a real turntable the only way to do so is to pick up the needle and place it back at the beginning.
If VDJ turntable then that is called a "Loop" so set your loop in point and then the loop out point to begin the "loop".

Drop multiples of the song into the playlist and enable automix, set the fade to zero.
Let me know the next time you're gigging it sounds like a blast.

Alternatively, you can load the song just one time to automix playlist, set the "repeat" option and automix mode to "remove silence", "remove nothing" or "none".

This is great since one can't get enough of Pitbull, so any song of his in forever replay is the same as playing all the top 40s
