You must download and install the clipbank from the PLUGIN section, under DOWNLOAD (top of this page).

clipbank file download for mac I cannot install file on Mac

Not all plugins are suitable for mac, this looks like it is one of them as there is not a downloadable version of it, hope I'm wrong though as it is a great plugin to have.

Not to necro a thread....but...

I have 7.4.1

I went through the steps and copied/renamed the files.
Everything works fine...except for the images.
No matter what I do, the images are all the same across all the clipbanks.
The files themselves are different and work great, but they all write to the original clipbank bmp and no others.

I even went as far as to copy the existing bmp file and renamed it clipbank2 and added it. The program never touches it.

So let me rehash. The multiple works fine in every aspect. Except the images are all the same as the original clipbank bmp.
If I load a new vid in the clip bank for clipbank2, it will show up properly...but then also show up in all the other clipbanks
(I have 4, one for each dj).

So no matter what I load, it will instantly overwrite the original clipbank.bmp and the program itself seems to only look for clipbank.bmp.
Thus, although all the vids loaded are different across all the clipbanks, the pics are exactly the same.

I was hoping to let all the djs have their own clipbank to putz around with so we all don't have to reload things everytime....but without the images showing properly it is kind of wacky trying to work that way.

Has anyone figured out how to solve this?

Yes...I took the original files, copied them to a new directory, renamed them, and then added them back. Like I say, the entire thing seems to work fine, but the plugin will on write and read to the original clipbank.bmp file.

thanks for any input

thinking about this for a while....It would make no sense that it would show anything other than the original clipbank bmp unless the plugin was programmed to name the bmp after itself...thus whatever you named the dll, it would make that bitmap.
If it was not written that way, then it will always write to that same bitmap.

I would really like to do this guys and gals, but after spending hours on this I can see no solution.
This whole thread seemed to have people missing the points of the other....and no answer to the issue of the bitmap.

Random works great, multiple works great, bitmap stays exactly the same as original bitmap, and all changes only change that file, no matter what I do.

Perhaps there is a parameter we can add to the INI file?
